About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation to Bid (ITB) DCF ITB 2425 027-2 for the Northeast Florida State Hospital (NEFSH) Life Safety Project #33020500. The project involves utility and infrastructure modifications to bring dedicated fire supply lines from the existing water main loop to the designated building fire riser room for multiple buildings at NEFSH. The Department of Children and Families is seeking qualified vendors to perform the required demolition and construction work. The response due date is November 21, 2024.
The addendum provides clarification that the Department will have one wing on one floor unoccupied and closed for the mechanical work, and will rotate the available work areas as the project progresses. The addendum also highlights that the Department is seeking a contractor to perform the civil site, building fire sprinkler water line, fire riser room, and mechanical exhaust work for this project.
