About this file
This is an addendum containing questions and answers for a public address system procurement by Ingham Intermediate School District (IISD) in Michigan for the Wilson Talent Center. The project involves extending an existing PA system currently used in other campus buildings to the Wilson Talent Center. The system will utilize Revolution software, and the awarded vendor must provide all necessary programming and configuration to deliver a complete, fully operational turnkey system. Call buttons will provide one-way communication only. All new system devices will be powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) through the District's existing HP Aruba network switches, which the District will provide. The District prefers installation during the holiday break from December 21, 2026 through January 3, 2027, with classes resuming January 4, 2027. An alternate installation window is available during spring break, March 26 through April 2, 2027. Vendors are required to include a proposed installation timeline in their bids.
No pricing information, funding sources, or specific contract term details are addressed in this addendum document. The addendum serves solely to clarify technical specifications and implementation parameters for potential bidders responding to the invitation to bid.
