About this file
This is Addendum One to a Request for Proposals issued by Wor-Wic Community College in Maryland for snack and coffee vending services at its main campus in Salisbury, MD. The addendum clarifies requirements regarding vending machine placement and specifications. While coffee machines are preferred, they are not mandatory; proposers must indicate in their submissions if coffee machines will not be provided. Snack machines are required in each building as specified on the location list, though the college will accept a single machine in the Building H location if volume does not justify two units.
The addendum does not address pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other financial and administrative details beyond the equipment requirements. Prospective vendors should reference the main RFP document for complete information regarding response deadlines, evaluation criteria, pricing structures, and contract terms.
