About this file
This Addendum One document supplements the City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation's Request for Proposals for Marketing and Graphics Services (Opportunity Number 21260720133440). The RFP seeks qualified firms to provide on-call marketing and graphic design services for Philadelphia International Airport, including advertising strategy, media planning and buying, creative design, content creation, influencer engagement, and digital support. The pre-proposal meeting was held on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with attendance required for submission of the attendee list and signature page as part of the proposal package. Written questions from applicants are due by August 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Philadelphia time, with answers posted August 13, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by August 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Philadelphia time through the eContract Philly online system. Applicant interviews are tentatively scheduled for September 1–8, 2026, with application selection expected September 15, 2026. The contract term begins January 1, 2027, and runs through December 31, 2027, with the City retaining options to extend for up to four additional one-year terms, for a maximum total duration of five years.
The addendum includes the presentation materials and a comprehensive attendee list from the pre-proposal meeting, featuring 35 representatives from marketing, advertising, and creative firms across the United States. Attendees indicated interest in serving as prime contractors, subcontractors, or in either capacity. The document specifies that all contact information collected during the meeting will be posted as an addendum to facilitate potential teaming opportunities among firms. The RFP emphasizes that proposals must follow strict formatting requirements, include required disclosures and certifications, and comply with Philadelphia business licensing and tax clearance requirements. Document size limitations of 8 MB per file apply to submissions through eContract Philly, and applicants are advised to monitor the online opportunity for additional addenda, as no automatic notification system exists.
