Question: For the counties with a lot of locations, will we be able to do a delivery per 6 to 8 weeks?

Some of them will be less than that with a 25-case minimum.

Answer: The selected contractor will be expected to work with the school locations to arrange a delivery schedule which is mutually beneficial to both parties. There is also a section on the bid form for a less than minimum case delivery charge which is an option for both parties.
