About this file

Addendum No. 2 is a modification document issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Procurement Section for DEP Solicitation No. 2026009, which addresses the removal and replacement of a hydropneumatic pressure tank at Rodman Campground in Palatka, Florida. The amendment revises key timeline dates within the procurement process, including the mandatory pre-response site visit on February 2, 2026, at 9:30 AM; the questions submission deadline of February 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM; the anticipated posting of answers on or about February 17, 2026; the revised responses due date of March 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM; the public opening on March 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM via teleconference; and the anticipated award date of on or about March 20, 2026. The amendment also extends the contract completion date from June 30, 2026, to October 1, 2026, while maintaining the requirement that all work be completed within four business days from the start date, with all labor and materials provided to the satisfaction of the Department or its authorized representative.

The addendum does not modify pricing terms, set asides, or funding requirements, which remain as established in the original solicitation documents. The contract continues to be structured as a fixed-price procurement with a maximum budget of $55,000 for all disconnection, removal, disposal, delivery, and installation services. Qualified vendors must possess a current, valid Florida general contractor or plumber license and be registered with MyFloridaMarketPlace, with award made to the responsible and responsive respondent submitting the lowest total price. No incumbent vendors are identified, and the contract term extends from execution through the revised completion date of October 1, 2026, with no renewal options available.
