Bids are due October 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. through eBuilder/Trimble, with bid opening on October 19, 2026, and anticipated contract award on October 26, 2026. Work hours are restricted to 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with utility outages limited to 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; outside-hour work requires project manager approval. Contractors are responsible for fire watch during sprinkler system and fire alarm outages and must provide initial maintenance service for twelve months following the placement of the final phase elevator into service. Contractors are required to have visited the site prior to bidding and must assume responsibility for all site conditions; no separate individual site visits are permitted after the pre-bid conference. Delegated design submittals including fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, and in-building communication systems require review and approval by the Office of the University Building Official following A/E approval.
