About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for the 2025 Chipseal Projects (IFB-GC-RB-05-25) issued by Garfield County, Colorado. The addendum contains a question and answer (Q&A) section specifically addressing transportation logistics for gravel pit trucks. The key detail in this addendum is a clarification about road usage restrictions: gravel pit trucks are not permitted to use Garfield County Road #346 west out of the pit, and instead must route through I-70 and return to Exit 94 at Mamm Creek.
The addendum appears to be a supplemental communication to potential bidders, providing critical routing information that could impact transportation strategies and logistics for the upcoming chipseal project. While the document does not provide comprehensive details about the full project scope, it demonstrates Garfield County's specific requirements for project-related transportation, which may have implications for bidder planning and potential project costs.
