About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 to DEP Solicitation No. 2024015, a procurement by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for "Installation Services of a DEP-owned Ambient Air Monitoring Shelter to the Ocala YMCA". The addendum provides answers to several questions from prospective vendors, which include clarifying that no fence expansion or removal of existing equipment is required, and that the contractor is responsible for the electrical service upgrade and permit-related designs. The solicitation is for the installation of the DEP-owned air monitoring shelter at the Ocala YMCA location.

Regarding pricing and other terms, the addendum indicates that the permit letter for the Consolidated Analytical Systems (CAS) shelter is an addition to the original solicitation. The contractor is responsible for the foundation and electrical plan designs required for the permit. No additional details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, or funding sources are provided in the addendum.
