About this file

This is Addendum No. 4 to a Request for Proposals issued by the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department for Utility Hydrogeologic Continuing Engineering Services (Project No. PBCWUD 26-027). The addendum addresses three clarifications regarding submission requirements: organizational charts may be submitted in 11" x 17" format and may be included with the Letter of Interest; a minimum font size of 11 points is required throughout all SF330 Part I and Part II documents; and the County's fee schedule, provided as a courtesy, may not be updated by the RFP due date, with firms responsible for tracking their own fees and completing the questionnaire based on projects awarded to date.

No additional information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient contract details is provided in this addendum document.
