About this file

This is Addendum No. 7 issued by the Pennsylvania Game Commission for Solicitation No. 6100065824, Project PGC-270-25-01, which solicits construction services for two pole buildings at State Game Lands #270 in Sandy Creek Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The project requires separate bids for four distinct construction contracts in accordance with the Separation Act: Contract No. 1 (General), Contract No. 2 (Mechanical), Contract No. 3 (Plumbing), and Contract No. 4 (Electrical). The scope includes construction of a 40' x 100' crew headquarters building (approximately 4,000 square feet) with office space, equipment and tool storage, concrete flooring, insulation, interior wall finishes, garage and man doors, and windows; and a 50' x 80' storage building (approximately 4,000 square feet) with metal framing, siding and roof panels, concrete flooring, radiant insulation, and garage and man doors. Electronic bids will be received and opened on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Division of Contracts and Procurement in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Site visits are encouraged, with prospective bidders able to contact Josh Mitchell at 814-381-9157 or Ryan Skelton at 724-646-1100 to arrange facility tours. The addendum updates the Technical Specifications for both buildings to reflect a new contract end date of October 30, 2026 across all four construction contracts.

This addendum serves as a modification to the original solicitation and does not introduce new pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information. Bidders must obtain a Pennsylvania Vendor Number, provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract amount within ten days of award, and maintain workers' compensation and public liability insurance with minimum coverage of $250,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence. All contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Determination No. 26-03060, certification of compliance with Pennsylvania labor laws, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws including OSHA standards. Questions concerning bid details should be directed to PGC Contracts and Procurements Division at 717-787-6594.
