About this file
This is Addendum Four issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for Invitation to Bid No. RFB-116-25 concerning repair of a concrete storage tank at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park in Greenup, Kentucky. The project involves repair work on the concrete storage tank, with specifications including a Radio Based SCADA System installation. The official bid date has been moved to December 11, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum and any other addenda in their proposal submission. The addendum references additional revisions and clarifications to be distributed by Lynn Imaging regarding specifications and drawings.
The addendum provides two primary clarifications: test results confirm the absence of PCBs in the pad-mounted transformer to be demolished, eliminating environmental remediation concerns; and the Systems Integrator subcontracted to the General Contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, supply, delivery, certification, calibration, and adjustment of the coordinated SCADA system. Two SCADA system integrators are recommended for consideration: Brian Gatewood of JAGS Environmental and Todd Bennett of CI Thornburg. All incidental work required to complete the project shall be included in bids, even if not specifically itemized in the addendum.
