About this file

This is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP FRCC-17-05-W) issued by Front Range Community College (FRCC) in Colorado for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The addendum addresses vendor written inquiries regarding system requirements and college preferences. The college anticipates 5-10 concurrent users at any given time, with a potential maximum of approximately 34 users (14 staff members plus 20 trainers), though simultaneous access by all users is unlikely. The college has expressed a preference for cloud-based solutions but remains open to considering on-premise proposals. No specific response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder's meetings are detailed in this addendum document.

The college has allocated budget for multiple projects including this ERP solution and will make its award decision based on the most cost-effective system that meets program needs, having researched general market rates for college model systems. The college did not disclose its total operating budget, deeming this information not relevant to the RFP. The specific budget amount allocated for the ERP project was not disclosed in this vendor response document.
