About this file
Addendum 3 for RFP 102-263 is a supplemental document from Isothermal Community College detailing clarifications and responses to vendor questions for a campus-wide access control system project. The addendum addresses specific inquiries about installation requirements, including new access control cabling (with an exception for the Engineering Technology Workforce Development Building), trim plates for door handles, card reader placement, and the removal of wireless Schlage door locks from specific buildings (ADM, CTTB, IT, and SCTR). The document confirms that no performance or bid bond is required, and provides details about access control panel installations, with the Performing Arts Center being the only building with a single telecom room panel.
The addendum includes a building legend listing abbreviations for 13 campus buildings and clarifies that the state's eVP (electronic verification of payment) charge of 1.75% will apply to goods only, not services. The document provides specific guidance on wiring, hardware replacement, and access control panel placement, indicating a comprehensive approach to upgrading the campus security infrastructure. A building legend is provided to help vendors understand the scope across different campus locations, and the addendum is signed by Heather Maples, the Procurement & Equipment Coordinator for Isothermal Community College.
