Addendum 3 _ Past Events Photos.pdf

This is a photo exhibit addendum showing past events for the City of Villa Rica's Production & Artist Services RFP for summer concerts and festivals. The images display previous July 3rd Fireworks events at VPLEX featuring a stage setup, as well as multiple photos from Summer Concert Series events held at The Mill venue.

The photos serve as visual reference material for bidders responding to the RFP for the 2025 season, which includes six live concerts and festivals comprising the Summer Concert Series, Gold Rush Festival, Thomas A. Dorsey Festival, and July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza. The images specifically highlight the types of venues and setups that will be required, particularly the mobile covered stage setup needed for the July 3rd event.
