About this file
This is Addendum 2 to RFP# 26-02-010 issued by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners regarding a Design/Build OVP Tennis Court Expansion project. The addendum, dated March 23, 2026, modifies the original solicitation documents dated February 27, 2026, and addresses clarifications submitted by prospective bidders prior to the March 19, 2026, question deadline at 5:00 pm. All inquiries should be directed to Ms. Jessica Ellis, Procurement Officer, at ocbids@oconee.ga.us. The document confirms that the submission page limit remains at thirty pages, with tabs excluded from the page count calculation.
The addendum establishes specific project requirements including that tennis fencing must meet United States Tennis Association (USTA) standards and that contractors must follow the standard Oconee County permit process for all required permits and timing. Regarding existing lighting infrastructure, only light fixture heads require replacement; existing poles are to remain in place. These clarifications ensure bidders have consistent guidance on technical specifications, permitting procedures, and submission formatting as they prepare their proposals for the tennis court expansion project.
