About this file
This is Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Energy, Solicitation No. S-33000-00010022, RFP No. 24-002, for Research, Analysis and Development of Energy Use Intensity Targets (EUI). The addendum modifies two key sections of the original RFP: it reduces the firm offer validity period from 180 days to 90 days following the Proposal Due Date/Time, and it establishes requirements for proposer references by mandating submission of three completed Reference Check Forms from entities that can attest to the quality of goods and services provided on comparable projects. Proposers are required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of Addendum #2 by obtaining an authorized signature and including the signed addendum with their proposal submission, with failure to do so potentially resulting in proposal disqualification.
No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractors, or specific funding amounts are detailed in this addendum document. The addendum serves solely as a procedural modification to the original RFP terms and reference submission requirements, establishing that all proposers must demonstrate prior relevant experience through documented references and commit to a 90-day offer validity window. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original RFP remain in effect unless further modified by subsequent addenda.
