The addendum revises Section 3.2.1 Minimum Submission Requirements, Section 3.3.6 Price Proposal, and Section 4.9.3 Price Evaluation. The Price Proposal must include an hourly breakdown per person for each deliverable, organized by task, with the name/title, hourly rate, time estimates, and a summary of all proposed costs. The Price Proposal must also include separate totals for other costs such as travel, administrative, and overhead charges. Prices submitted by proposers are considered firm offers and remain in effect for 180 days from the RFP due date. The scoring of the Price Proposals will be based on the percentage of the proposed price compared to the lowest proposer's price.
