About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) #453-24 for Milling Machine Rental Services issued by Dawson County, Georgia. The IFB seeks bids for milling machine rental services, with the contract period beginning on January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2025. The Addendum revises the Price Proposal Form and clarifies that the County, not the contractor, is responsible for site cleanup. It also confirms that there are no set quantities or specific roads identified, as this is an as-needed contract. The County will provide fuel and water, but not trucking or milling teeth, for the awarded contractor.
The IFB does not specify any set annual quantities, but interested bidders are advised to review the County's historical data to estimate annual usage. Pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources are not mentioned in the provided information.
