About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Marketing and Development (FDACS) for creative services for broadcast commercials. The addendum provides answers to questions received regarding the ITN, which seeks television and digital commercials to promote the "Fresh From Florida" brand in Florida and along the East Coast. Key details include the ability to feature certain Florida commodities, the geographic focus on Florida and selected East Coast states, and the requirement to use real Florida farmers in the commercials. The addendum also clarifies production details such as talent fees, permitting, and equipment requirements.
The total budget for this project is $400,000, with payment to be made upon final delivery of the commercials. The ITN does not include media placement, as that will be handled by FDACS's existing agency of record. Vendors are required to provide detailed budgets and electronic storyboards as part of their technical proposals, and negotiations may result in alternate capabilities, services, and pricing being proposed.
