About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Division of Marketing and Development, for creative services for broadcast commercials. The ITN requests proposals for 5 commercial spots with a budget of $400,000, not including media buying. FDACS is open to additional creative recommendations that complement the 5 spots, as long as the total budget is not exceeded. The ITN also considers the use of social media influencers, with FDACS having final approval on influencer selection. The creative services are for the east coast of the United States, specifically Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The vendor is required to provide a detailed calendar of deliverables and actions with a timeline, as well as a responsibility task matrix outlining the responsibilities of the vendor and FDACS.
The ITN does not include media buying, as FDACS already has an agency of record handling media buying. The $400,000 budget is for the creative services only. The ITN was issued for the Division of Marketing and Development, and the contract will be managed by FDACS staff.
