About this file

This is Addendum 2 to a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) solicitation issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 12 for A&E On-Call Traffic Operation and Traffic Management Planning Services. The solicitation seeks qualified firms to provide professional services for traffic operation and traffic management planning projects located within Caltrans District 12, with specific work locations to be identified in individual Task Orders. Requirements and Qualifications Questions & Answers must be submitted no later than seven business days after the RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract term is three years, and prior addenda addressed construction management experience, artificial intelligence considerations, SOQ vendor information, and SOQ responsiveness requirements.

The estimated contract amount ranges from $2,000,000 to $3,200,000 with no required participation goals or set-asides specified. Interested firms are responsible for identifying potential team members and coordinating with partners, as Caltrans does not track downloads of project documents for teaming purposes. Addendum 2 specifically references SOQ responsiveness checklist requirements that bidders must address in their submissions.
