The RFP seeks vendors to provide ECG machines, carts, Holter Monitor Devices, Cardiac Event Monitor Patches, STAT and routine cardiologist over-reads, a HIPAA-compliant web portal, and potential EHR integration. The deadline to submit a Letter of Intent is October 17, 2024, and the last day to submit proposals is November 8, 2024.
The RFP outlines an estimated 150 routine over-reads and 4 STAT over-reads within a 24-hour period, with 208 ECG machines and a monthly average of 25 Holter monitors and 3 event monitors currently in use. Pricing is subject to established rate caps, and the State encourages participation from small businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs), though this RFP is exempt from DVBE requirements. The State will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as agency capability, work plan, customer service, and project personnel, with the ability to perform EHR integration considered during the evaluation process.
