About this file
This document is an addendum to a state and local contract opportunity for a roof replacement project at the Henderson building on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College in Hyde County, North Carolina. The addendum specifies that the contractor must include any required electrical, conduit disconnection and reconnection work as part of the roofing and flashing installation. It also provides two core sample results for the contractors' reference, and requests unit pricing for the installation of retrofit drains. Additionally, the addendum requires the contractor to repair an existing crack in the roof's hydrostop transition area as part of the base bid, and to replace the lower flashing under the windows.
