About this file
This document is Addendum #2 to Request for Proposals (RFP 25-017) issued by the Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) for the East Salem Transit Site Selection project. The addendum modifies Section 4.C.1 of the original RFP, specifically adjusting the evaluation criteria and proposer requirements. The key change involves restructuring the submission guidelines for Section 4.C.1, moving a portion of the original text to become a new subsection IV that requires proposers to provide more detailed information about their project team, including working hours, locations, roles, individual qualifications, staffing resource requirements, and contingency plans for staff changes or potential conflicts.
The addendum does not alter other specifications or terms and conditions of the original RFP. It was issued by Kimberly Leeker, a Procurement Contractor for SAMTD, and provides clarification on the proposal submission requirements. Proposers are expected to acknowledge this addendum on Exhibit 1 when submitting their response, and the changes will be incorporated into the final contract. The document maintains the original evaluation criteria of 50 points for qualifications and relevant experience, with an emphasis on demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in transit center design, providing client references, and outlining a comprehensive project team structure.
