About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQu) issued by Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) for Instructional Resources. The RFQu seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide educational programs, resources, and professional development, including specialized interventions and support for students with disabilities. CCPS represents a diverse student population of 90 different ethnicities and 72 languages, with plans to make multiple awards for this RFQu, though they reserve the right to make a single award or no award. The term of the agreement is for one year with up to four annual renewals.
The addendum provides clarification on various aspects of the RFQu, including alignment to Georgia standards, formatting requirements, pricing structures, and the intended award process. It also addresses questions from potential bidders regarding enrollment data, subcontracting, financial disclosures, and the scope of services. No performance bond is required, and CCPS will accept proposals focused on specific subject areas or grade levels rather than requiring comprehensive coverage.
