About this file
This document is Addendum #01 to Request for Information (RFI) 2024-399 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services Bureau of Purchase and Property. The RFI is for ceiling repairs at the State Surplus Building located at 144 Clinton St, Concord, NH. The addendum addresses questions from potential bidders regarding the extent of mold and insect infestation, the source and repairs needed for leaks, and the type and amount of insulation required. The State indicates it does not have specific information on the extent of the issues and that the work would need to be performed during normal business hours, likely during a limited window when the retail store is closed prior to the Spring Auction. The addendum also notes that all work must follow state building code and industry standards.
The addendum provides no additional details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms. Potential bidders are directed to the State's vendor resources website for complete bid information and any additional addendums.
