About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) for the design, development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning of the 2024 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) Program Exercise. The RFP solicitation number is RFP-DEM-23-24-016, and the reply opening date is March 27, 2024 at 9:00 am EST. The addendum provides answers to written questions from vendors regarding the scope of work, deliverable due dates, evaluation criteria, and exercise details such as the start and end dates, scenario information, and simulation cell staffing.
The scope of work clarifies that FDEM will facilitate and purchase lunch, refreshments, and the coordination of the venue, and vendors do not need to account for these costs in their other direct costs (ODCs). The evaluation criteria allow vendors to include staff members with relevant experience who were not with the organization during the cited projects. The exercise will take place from July 23-25, 2024, and FDEM will provide up to three evaluators, with the remaining evaluators to be supplied by the vendor.
