About this file
This is Addendum No. 1, a Question and Answer document issued by the Florida Department of Transportation District Six on February 12, 2026, regarding the Districts 4 and 6 Commuter Services project (DOT-RFP-26-6200EG). The addendum clarifies technical proposal requirements, specifying that the Proposers Management Plan shall not exceed 2 pages, the Technical Plan is limited to 5 pages, individual resumes cannot exceed 2 pages per staff member, and the Work Plan shall not exceed 2 pages. The addendum also confirms that a Performance Bond is not required for this project, nor is a letter from a Surety Company required. Regarding job classifications listed in Exhibit C Price Proposal, proposers are not permitted to delete, add, or modify classifications; any blank items may result in a non-responsive proposal determination.
The addendum provides historical operational data for the incumbent services, including Guaranteed Ride Home utilization showing 8,235 Uber trips with associated costs, 222 taxi trips, and zero Lyft trips over a 24-month period. Customer Call Center data indicates 30,033 calls received over the last 24 months with an average handle time of 3 minutes and 48 seconds. Additionally, the addendum corrects a broken website link for MFMP Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, providing the updated URL for reference. All other documents and requirements of the original RFP remain unchanged.
