The addendum makes changes to the scope of work, including revising the list of service locations and the required number of 40-yard bins at each location. The scope of work involves the contractor picking up recyclable materials such as baled paper, unused rolled stock, loose paper, and aluminum plates from the specified locations. The contract will be for a term of an unspecified duration.

The pricing terms include the contractor providing the necessary containers, trailers, and other equipment for the containment, storage, and transportation of the recyclable materials. The contractor will be required to provide, at a minimum, a specified number of 40-yard bins for different categories of recyclable paper at each location. The State of California will be paid for the recyclable materials collected by the contractor.
