About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 26-08 issued by the City of College Park, Georgia, Purchasing Department, for Cleaning Supplies, Equipment, and Custodial Related Products. The addendum clarifies that the solicitation designation has been changed from a Request for Proposal (RFP) to an Invitation to Bid (ITB), and the bid opening date remains scheduled for August 29, 2025. The addendum requires all bidders to return the completed addendum with their bid submittal, with failure to do so potentially resulting in disqualification. All prospective bidders are directed to monitor the City's website at https://www.collegeparkga.gov and the Georgia Procurement Registry at https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/PRSapp/PR_index.jsp for complete and timely information regarding addenda and contract award results.
The addendum includes a questions-and-answers section addressing inquiries related to what appears to be a broader educational equipment and materials component of the solicitation. Key requirements specified include the procurement of new Android tablets (9 or 10 inch) with 5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, minimum 8 GB RAM, and 64 GB ROM; branded t-shirts with City of College Park logo, program slogan, and QR code in basic sizes (small, medium, large for children and large, extra-large for adults); and educational materials including books and pamphlets for grades 3-8. The vendor is responsible for delivering all items to the City, which will manage inventory, storage, and distribution. No on-site setup, training, or direct programming by the vendor is required, as City staff will handle implementation. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
