About this file

This is Addendum #1 to a design/build bid issued by Royal Oak Schools for a Medium Pressure UV System at Royal Oak Middle School Pool. The project bid was originally due on Monday, April 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM local time. A pre-bid meeting was held on April 18, 2019, with an attendee sign-in sheet included as an attachment. Bidders interested in scheduling additional job site visits must contact Mark Paulus at mark.paulus@royaloakschools.org or (248) 880-6791, or Patrick Murphy at patrick.murphy@royaloakschools.org. All site visits must be scheduled in advance, and no unscheduled building visits are permitted.

The addendum clarifies a discrepancy regarding warranty duration between the front-end documents and specification section 131500. The warranty period shall be three years, superseding the conflicting 18-month duration referenced in other contract documents. All questions regarding the project should be directed to Mark Paulus using the contact information provided above.
