About this file

This Addendum 1 is for a Design/Build Medium Pressure UV System project for Royal Oak Schools, specifically targeting the Royal Oak Middle School Pool. The addendum, issued on an unspecified date, provides details for a bid due on Monday, April 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM Local Time. A pre-bid meeting was held on April 18, 2019, with a sign-in sheet attached. The document provides contact information for Mark Paulus and Pat Murphy for questions and potential job site visits, emphasizing that building visits must be scheduled in advance.

The key technical detail in this addendum addresses a warranty duration discrepancy, clarifying that the warranty period shall be 3 years, resolving an inconsistency between front-end documents (which originally stated 18 months) and specification section 131500 (which stated 3 years). The project involves designing and building a medium pressure UV system for the school pool, with potential bidders required to follow specific communication and visitation protocols when seeking additional information about the project.
