About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal, for plumbing services at the Florida State Fire College. The addendum includes questions and answers as well as modifications to the ITB.
The ITB seeks competitive sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide plumbing services. The contract term is for 3 years with a 3-year renewal option. The addendum revises the requirements for a licensed master plumber or licensed general contractor, clarifies the position descriptions, and provides pricing instructions for the initial and renewal contract terms. There will be a mandatory pre-response conference on 12/15/22.
