About this file

This Addendum 1 modifies the Request for Information (RFI) timeline issued by the Florida Gaming Control Commission for an Online Gaming Integrity Geofencing System (RFI No. FGCC 25/26-12). The RFI seeks vendor solutions to prevent illegal online gambling operators from accessing Florida markets through four primary service areas: a compulsory state-wide geofencing system capable of blocking illegal gambling websites and applications, detection and tracking solutions for illegal online gambling operations, attestations of compliance with applicable federal and state laws, and stakeholder partnership approaches including telecommunication providers and electronic marketplaces. The addendum revises key timeline dates, moving the questions deadline from May 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time to the same date, while pushing answers to vendor questions from June 19, 2026 to May 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and adjusting the final response deadline from July 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to June 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Estimated vendor demonstrations and presentations are scheduled between June 22, 2026 and June 30, 2026, with responses submitted via email to Lisa M. Mustain at lisa.mustain@flgaming.gov.

No pricing information, award value, budget range, or contract term is specified in this addendum. The RFI is an information-gathering exercise for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract. Vendor submissions must include comprehensive business organization details, relevant regulatory experience and case studies, technical capability descriptions, functional capabilities, implementation methodology with estimated timeframes, a breakdown of the Commission's required responsibilities with associated costs, and total pricing for the entire turn-key system. No set-aside designations, incumbent vendors, or specific technology integration requirements are identified. Responses are subject to Florida's Public Records Act, and vendors claiming confidential or proprietary information must submit both standard and redacted copies. All vendor costs associated with preparation, submission, and meeting attendance are the vendor's responsibility, and RFI respondents are not prohibited from responding to subsequent related competitive solicitations.
