About this file

This document is an Addendum to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) for State Employee Influenza Vaccinations IFB #18-416CMS-BENF4-B-2195. The addendum amends the original IFB and answers vendor questions received. There were no locations that received fewer than 30 vaccinations during that period.
