About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program issued by the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL). The Addendum provides responses to several questions submitted by potential bidders regarding the program. Key details include: the maximum length of time for participant training is 26 weeks (not 13 weeks as stated in the RFP), grant funds must be expended by 12/31/2026, training can start as early as October 1st, and bidders can find their own trainees or request assistance from the DOL. The DOL also clarified that they do not get involved if an employee cannot be retained, and that bidders will invoice the DOL for reimbursement.

The related State and Local Contract Opportunity is for the On-the-Job Training program in the state of Delaware. The program aims to provide training to employees, and successful bidders will be reimbursed by the DOL for these training costs. Bidders are responsible for finding their own candidates, though the DOL can assist if needed. No other pricing, set aside, or funding details are provided in this document.
