About this file
This is an Addendum #1 issued by the City of Villa Rica regarding their Insurance Broker Services RFQ, dated December 4, 2024. The document provides information about available data documents that can be requested from Tiffany Lanford, including the Villa Rica OE Benefit Guide 2024, 2025 Health Insurance Premiums, 2025 Dental and Vision Premium Breakdown, Medical Benefit Employee Census, Angel RX Service Agreement, Prescription Drug Management Agreement, and Administrative Service Agreement.
The addendum reveals key details about the current environment: 144 of 165 employees are enrolled in the Benefits Plan, the current broker compensation is $42.75 per member per month, and Paycom serves as the HRIS platform for benefits and enrollments. The Benefits Admin Platform is not paid for by the current broker, and there are no known contingencies or contractual obligations that would prevent changing brokers or accessing pharmacy and medical TPA information.
