About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for On-Call Land Surveying, Right of Way Engineering and Sub-Surface Utility Locating Services for District 2. The addendum clarifies the minimum 5 years of Consultant Contract Manager experience required, stating that the experience must be specific to similar Land Surveying Services contracts and that other project management experience does not qualify. The estimated contract value is between $1,201,338.00 and $1,952,174.00, and a 22% Participation Goal is required.
The addendum also references two additional addenda, Addendum 2 for GenAI Requirements and Addendum 3 for an Updated Schedule. Interested firms must submit Statements of Qualifications that demonstrate the required Consultant Contract Manager experience.
