Rolling shall start at the edges and continue to the center, lapping one-half the roller width on each successive trip. Rolling shall be accomplished with two pneumatic-tire rollers. The speed and reversing of direction of rollers shall be regulated as to avoid displacement or loosening of the cover material or damage to the asphaltic material.
