About this file

This is Addendum #1 to Bid Invitation #94-26 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for Bridge Rail Parts. The addendum provides clarifications on three key specification questions submitted by potential bidders prior to the February 23, 2026 bid closing at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The state confirmed that the T101 BR Tube length is 40 feet (not 40 inches), clarified that the MSKT BLK specification requires regular galvanized rail with an impact head, all hardware, all posts, and the first 12.5-foot section of slotted rail palletized as a unit with hardware in a 5-gallon pail or plastic sack, and specified that the 12'6" 20R radius panel must be convex rather than concave. All changes noted in this addendum supersede previously submitted bid documents and must be included with bid submissions.

This addendum does not address pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, or funding information. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum with their bid submission, and prospective vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire with a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the Bureau of Purchase and Property. Questions regarding the bid were due by February 19, 2026, with state responses provided by February 20, 2026. Inquiries can be directed to Purchasing Agent Lincoln Adams at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov.

ADDENDUM # 01 TO BID INVITATION # 94-26

DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 2/23/2026 11:00 AM

FOR: BRIDGE RAIL PARTS

Question 1:

The T101 BR Tube length shows the length is 40”. Please confirm that it is 40’.

State Response:

The tube length is 40 Feet.

Question 2:

The list shows MSKT BLK. I have no idea what an MSKT BLK is. Please clarify that it is a galvanized unit (no paint or powder coating) and confirm that the MSKT is just Smart Parts 12.5’. The description provided is very ambiguous. The other consideration is that the BLK is bare steel.

State Response:

The state requires: Regular galvanized rail, impact head, all hardware, all the posts, the first 12.5’ section of slotted rail. Palletized as a unit with hardware in a 5 gallon pail or plastic sack.

Question 3:

The 12’6” 20R radius doesn’t state whether the panel is convex or concave. My assumption would be convex;

however, my assumptions are always my mistakes. Please clarify.

State Response:

The state requires Convex radius.
