About this file

This document is an addendum to Bid Invitation 73-24 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. The addendum provides responses to several questions related to the procurement of a convection steamer for the New Hampshire Hospital. The state indicated that the steamer is a replacement unit, but a different brand from the existing Vulcan unit. The hospital requires a stand for the new unit, and it must be configured for natural gas. The state has also specified that the vendor must provide a "white glove" delivery, where the unit is uncrated, inspected, and set in place inside the kitchen, but the hospital will handle the final mechanical connections. The state has clarified that installation services such as uncrating and setting the unit in place are required, but water filter systems and drain water cooling kits are not needed. A 60-inch gas quick disconnect hose is necessary.

The document also provides instructions for bidders, noting that all changes specified in the addendum will supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with the bid. The bid closing date is October 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM EST. Bidders do not need to be registered vendors with the state to submit a bid, but will need to register if they are awarded the contract.
