About this file
This is Addendum #01 issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for Bid Invitation #2894-25 for Recycling Collection Services, with bids due on January 21, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The addendum addresses multiple questions regarding service locations, including changes to pickup frequency at Liquor Store 32 from twice weekly to once weekly, and the addition of new service locations at NHTI. The services requested include both single stream recycling and cardboard-only collection at various state facilities.
The addendum clarifies that no bid bond or performance bond is required, and while equipment must be new, the collection trucks do not need to be new. The State reserves the right to select either single stream or cardboard collection services for each location, and contamination charges will be assessed as a flat rate based on container size. The only rental fees permitted are for large containers, and the State will not add rental fees for smaller containers. The document includes requirements for standardized recycling reporting and insurance coverage for potential property damage during pick-ups and deliveries to state property.
