About this file

This is an addendum to Bid Invitation #2894-25 issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property for recycling collection services. The bid closing date is January 21, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The addendum addresses 19 questions from potential bidders regarding service requirements, including changes to pickup frequency at Liquor Store 32 from twice weekly to once weekly, additional NHTI locations, and equipment specifications. The contract scope includes both single stream recycling and cardboard collection services across multiple state facilities.

The addendum clarifies that there are no bid bond or performance bond requirements, contamination charges will be flat-rate based on container size, and rental fees only apply to large containers. The state reserves the right to select either single stream or cardboard collection for each location, and vendors must provide pricing for both services in their bid responses. Vendors are directed to reference Bid section 30.2.3 regarding contaminated load inspection procedures. Insurance coverage is required for potential property damages during pickup and deliveries. Pricing history and current vendor information can be found on the State of NH website, and standardized recycling reporting requirements are provided in Attachment 2.
