ADDENDUM # 01 TO BID INVITATION 1-27

DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 7/23/2026 11:00 AM

FOR: EMBROIDERY AND TABLE EQUIPMENT

Question 1: Relating to ONLY the Laminated Worktable line item are you accepting, and will you consider offers for, Materials only delivery? You DO the Vendor to deliver the specified Table and to ALSO include services – those services include: Vendor will complete an inside delivery of the equipment – including uncrating it, setting it in place (installing it), and testing the equipment prior to completion—in essence, not just provide for the machine, but also to provide for the labor/services – to get it assembled/ built and installed (as a turn-key solution) to the End Customer?

State Response: The Department of Correction (DOC) would accept the Laminated Worktable only delivery at the dock, with DOC staff handling the uncrating, setting the table into place, and any on-site setup internally.

Question 2 Relating to ONLY the Laminated Worktable - If Full Installation Is Required (e.g., deliver, uncrate, set into place, make all of the final connections, start-up and test all of the equipment (turnkey)

a. Accessibility -How accessible is the area where the Laminated Worktable will be delivered?

b. Box-Truck Delivery -Can the vendor use a box truck to make the delivery?

c. Receiving Equipment & Staffing - Does the NH Dept. of Corrections (3 McGuire Street, Concord, NH 03301) have a forklift and freight-receiving personnel available to assist with the freight shipment, in addition to the vendor’s delivery/installation team?

d. Pathway to Installation Room - What does the path from the unloading location to the installation room look like?

Are there stairs, tight turns, or narrow hallways?

e. Crating Requirements - Must the equipment arrive in its OEM crate, or may the vendor deliver it pre-assembled and uncrated? (The vendor notes this could reduce cost and installation time.)

State Response: The Department of Correction (DOC) would accept the laminated worktable only delivery at the dock, with DOC staff handling the uncrating, setting the table into place, and any on-site setup internally. Yes, a vendor can use a box truck to make the delivery, and DOC has a forklift and freight-receiving staff available to assist with the shipment. No, the laminated worktable does not need to arrive in its OEM crate, and the vendor may deliver it pre-assembled and uncrated.
