About this file
This is an addendum to a flooring services solicitation issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for work in Napa and Sonoma Counties. The addendum modifies the original request for proposals regarding the removal, replacement, and legal disposal of flooring at the Napa and North Bay Region Maintenance Stations. The document serves to clarify, amend, or supplement terms and conditions outlined in the primary solicitation documents and the Proposed Form of Agreement (Exhibit A). Interested contractors should review this addendum in conjunction with all other solicitation materials to understand the complete scope of work, timeline requirements, and any modifications to the original contract terms.
The specific amendments, modifications, pricing adjustments, or clarifications contained within this addendum should be reviewed in detail by potential bidders to ensure full compliance with Caltrans' updated requirements. Contractors must incorporate all addendum provisions into their proposals and acknowledge receipt and understanding of these modifications as part of their bid submission. Any changes to pricing terms, contract duration, performance requirements, or other material conditions would be detailed within the addendum document itself.
