About this file

This Addendum 1 to Proposal Packet pertains to the City of Portland, Oregon's solicitation for Language Interpretation and Translation Services. The addendum modifies the original proposal requirements and evaluation criteria for qualified professionals to provide interpretation and translation services to support the city's communication with residents and customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds. The document establishes amendments to the original solicitation terms, including any modifications to scope requirements, submission procedures, or contract conditions that bidders must acknowledge and incorporate into their proposals.

The addendum specifies clarifications or corrections to the original proposal packet that are binding on all potential bidders. Key modifications outlined address revisions to service specifications, evaluation methodologies, or administrative requirements that supersede corresponding language in the original solicitation documents. All prospective vendors must incorporate the addendum requirements into their bid submissions to ensure compliance with the city's updated specifications and to remain eligible for contract award consideration. The specific monetary amounts, contract term duration, renewal options, and other quantitative details are contained within the addendum provisions and must be reviewed in conjunction with the original solicitation materials to obtain complete information regarding pricing structures, award criteria, and contract performance expectations.
