Two allowances are included in the base bid: $5,000 for owner field changes and $10,000 for unknown existing construction at the South Entry. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond and provide 100% performance and payment bonds. A builders risk policy equal to 100% of the total contract value is also required. The project does not require prevailing wage rates, and use and sales taxes are applicable. Change order pricing will require detailed labor and material work sheets for review.
