About this file
This is Addendum 002 issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) for solicitation MODOT-FY25-0063-SL regarding a St. Louis District Conference Rooms Upgrade project. The addendum addresses clarifications and additional information relevant to potential offerors and does not modify the proposal due date. The project involves upgrades to conference rooms, specifically TMC Conference Rooms 207 and 209, with equipment installations including permanent podiums, sound systems, and television removal. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum 002 by signing and submitting it with their original proposal response.
The addendum documents responses to five submitted questions from potential bidders. Key specifications include that TMC Conference Room 207 will require a permanent podium and a smaller version of a sound system, while the old television setup will be removed from both rooms. MoDOT prefers that each conference room have its own independent equipment setup rather than sharing a wall-mounted rack. For both TMC Conference Rooms 207 and 209, offerors may propose either a desktop system or TEAMS setup configuration, as both options are acceptable to the department. The addendum was authorized by Lori Tackett, Sr. General Services Specialist, on March 24, 2025.
