About this file
This document is an Addenda No. 1 for Request for Proposal (RFP) 8243 OQ for Contact Quality Monitoring issued by OUC (The Reliable One). The addenda addresses clarifications and questions for prospective proposers, with the original solicitation documents remaining in full force except for modifications outlined in this document. The RFP seeks a vendor to provide quality monitoring services for customer service interactions, with approximately 8,300 calls and emails to be monitored monthly. The project involves evaluating customer service representatives, with a minimum of 8 evaluations per agent per month across various communication channels.
The document provides extensive details about the quality monitoring requirements, including operational specifics such as reporting intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly), performance metrics of interest (CSAT, FCR, Average Handle Time), and operational parameters. Key requirements include bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish), EST time zone operations (Monday-Friday, 7am to 6pm), and potential for both manual and AI-assisted monitoring. The vendor will be responsible for providing their own quality monitoring platform, conducting evaluations, and supporting OUC's customer service operations. No specific budget was disclosed, with OUC requesting proposers to provide their best pricing. The decision-making timeline is set for Q1 FY'26, with an expected 60-90 day transition period for the new QA vendor.
